About this control - East West Ferry landing

The first development included in the master plan for Kumutoto is the former Union Steamship Co. Building, which was moved next to the Fronde Harbourside Centre from its original Greta Point home in Evans Bay. The building has been renamed Steamship Wharf and houses a combination of restaurants, bars and function facilities.
